We utilize our top certifications in programing, javascript, and IBM technologies to deliver the most relevant training possible.   There are tremendous opportunities for economic advancement in the fields of software engineering and mobile app development, where 6 months of specific training can help candidates land six-figure job opportunities. IBG is passionate about working with local non profits to help serve their participants with world-class tech training opportunities.

IBG Institute has been directly embedded in the Charlotte community for nearly a decade, and we are fully invested in helping individuals gain the skills they need to advance themselves.  IBG has offered a number of onsite and offsite training programs dedicated to providing job training and workforce development, helping our economically underserved gain valuable technology skills in coding and software engineering.  These candidates also while learn interview strategies, resume-building skills, and job soft skills.

This program, specifically designed for the Charlotte Area Fund, is designed to exclusively train candidates from their cohorts in the areas of software engineering, coding , ai, and mobile app development.  Students will contribute code to a live , globally available  scholarship app and platform called the Scholar App, and receive real world credits on an industry-proven mobile application.   There are 100 slots available for this program, exclusively for GoodWill of Charlotte  Once the app is complete, students will be able to use the Scholar App Platform to source further donations for more advanced trainings and career needs.

When students successfully complete the program, they will immediately begin an internship with IBG Software to continue their learning and development.  During this time, they will do deeper exploration into software engineering and deliver more industry-grade code.  These Job-training experiences open the door to exciting job prospects where they could land a fantastic role within our esteemed global Technology Consulting and Software Development firm, IBG Software, or with one of our numerous technology vendors/partners. With valuable skills under their belts, these students have in-demand global tech skills and can work anywhere. Course Overview

Introducing our flagship program – a comprehensive full-stack, AI, and mobile skills training designed to provide students with everything they need to succeed in the world of development. Unlike many online courses, our lectures are delivered live by a full staff of teaching assistants, ensuring that our students receive the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Over four months, students will gain mastery of core technologies such as JavaScript, Web3/Blockchain, React, React Native, AI, Redux, Typescript, and Agile, learning the intricate details of full-stack development with the hottest front-end technologies. Upon completion, our students will be equipped with the tools to succeed in their careers and possess an in-depth understanding of the development process.
