What side are you on?
This is our Fast-Track Training with Tech Job Placement Assistance upon completion. Rolling admissions. We understand people have a hard time training while also trying to transition into a new career field, so we want to keep you in the training at no additional cost until you pass. Training lasts 1-2 months and is designed so that fast learners can complete the program quickly, and slow-learners can take their time and re-take the class for no charge, if necessary. When all work has been completed, you are fully employable. This class costs $399.00. Unlike college, you work until you are complete, and there is no “failure”.
If you have a night job, keep it, all lectures are recorded so you can watch them any time and keep up with your class.
If you are unable to complete the material in time, you continue to work until you are done. Once you are done with the work, you go into interview prep and immediate job placement activities until you are hired. If you do not complete the work, you will not be provided job placement assistance. If you are a veteran, send in your DD214 to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be admitted at half or no cost, depending on funding. Average salaries are $70,000 to $100,000 per year. Q. Seems too good to be true.
A. Its not. There is a lot of work to do. The good news is that you can finish on your own schedule so there are NO EXCUSES here. Some move faster than others, so when you are complete with the work, thats how we know you are ready for the next phase. You have to work hard to complete the program. There is no easy way out. The isssue is that over 70% of college students graduate with a degree, tens of thousands of dollars in DEBT and STILL CANNOT FIND A JOB. Today’s colleges and universities care nothing about your career prospects, they only care about BIG Tuition Bills.. We get you exactly what you need to land a tech job, and we will help you get one in a cost-effective manner.
Q. Am I guaranteed a job if I do this?
A. No.You are guaranteed job placement assistance until you are hired. If you do not demonstrate grit and complete the work we will not be able to place or hire you. You, of course, need to make sure you do everything we ask of you during the training. If it takes you longer, it’s ok. It’s your race and not anyone else’s.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are headquartered in Charlotte, NC 28202
Q. What if I need visa sponsorship?
A. Sponsorship happens on a case-by-case basis
Q. Where are the jobs?
A. Mobile and full-stack development jobs are everywhere. Good engineers are nowhere. There is a major shortage. That’s why we created this program–to bridge the gap.
Q. What time is class?
1. The class is held Monday and Thursday 8:30 to 9:30 PM EST. Classes are recorded automatically and are immediately accessible for those that

3. Students will join online, via GoToWebinar, and lectures will be recorded.
4. Students will get multiple real-world programming assignments and exams during this time.

10. Do not copy code. We know if you copied it 🙂
11. Students are also responsible for maintaining their own GIT repository, with all assignments working and publicly accessible.
Q. How do you know I will get a job when I finish?
A. We know what skills you need to have. It’s on you to get those skills through training. Once you get those skills you will be able to interview effectively and increase your chances of getting a great mobile job.
Q. Will I learn other technologies?
A. Yes, you will learn supporting technologies
Q. How much will I make?
A. It depends on your skills and your marketability. We cannot say exactly but we’ve had people start anywhere from $70,000 to $120,000 per year. We cannot guarantee where you will fit in this range–you do that.
Q. What happens when I finish the program?
A. Once you complete, and we fully verify your work, we can begin interview preparation and we will start working to get you a job, with IBG software or with another company. If you are not quite ready to work, we will provide you as many additional months of no-cost training that you need until you are ready.
Q. Do you have an apprentice program?
A. Yes, once you complete the program you may be invited to our apprenticeship program. This allows you to get more real project experience, hands-on, immediately. Note–the only way to become an apprentice is to complete the fast track program.
Q. Is there a 3-year obligation?
A. No. There is no obligation. Once you are ready to work, you can go to work.
Q. What if I don’t like it after the first week?
A. We recommend that you ask as many questions as possible prior to enrolling. If you’re not sure, think about it and enroll for one of the following months. The training is rigorous, so we don’t think 1 week is enough to provide an accurate gauge for the trajectory of the course.
Q. What if I quit?
A. We understand if you have to stop. If you quit for any reason, you can re-enroll in a future month at no expense.
Q. Where are the classes held?
A. Classes are online, held via gotowebinar. Lectures are live, 2 times a week. Assignments are given every day after the lecture. You can complete this course from your home as long as you have a phone, internet connection, and a computer.
Q. What kind of computer do I need to do this class?
A. You need a Mac or Windows PC with at least 8GB of RAM. 4GB will also work but you need to make sure you turn off all applications you don’t need.
Q. Can I work now?
A. Definitely, if you have the skills and do well in the training. Email us at email@example.com
Q. What is your dropout rate?
A. Pretty low. We see an average of 8% dropout rate. Most people drop because they don’t have the time or their work hours have changed. The good news is that we allow those that “drop” to return to a later class, any time without paying again.
Q. can I work from my current city/state?
A. Most likely. These jobs are everywhere and many of them are remote. The better you are, the more leverage you have to dictate your work situation.
Q. I have a masters degree in comp science, I am ready right?
A. No, master’s degrees and even Ph.D. degrees mean nothing in today’s tech economy. If you don’t have the right skills you will not be able to work. Companies no longer care if you have a Ph.D. in comp science if you cannot complete an intermediate coding exercise in current technology.
Q. What if I want to work for IBG?
A. You can do that, we have to see that you have the drive and the skills. Our standards are high and we are looking for those that have the highest potential.
Q. Will you help me get a job?
A. Yes, absolutely. We want you out there working as soon as you’re ready!
Q. Can you explain the fast track program for me?
Q. I don’t have computer skills, is that ok?
A. No problem, many of our students did not start with computer experience and now they are working in great tech jobs.
Q. I don’t have math, is that ok?
A. No problem, many of our students did not start with computer experience and now they are working in great tech jobs.
Q. When is the class?
A. class happens from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM EST. The live lecture for the class is held via gotowebinar. Once you register for fast-track, you will get an email with all details.
Q. What if I don’t get a job?
A. If you don’t get a job within 6 months after completion of the course, you will get a refund.
Q. I want to be in Trap Tech but I’m 20. Can I still Join?
A. No. you must join one of our other programs.
Q. What if I can’t make a class?
A. classes are recorded and everyone can access them at any point in time. Many of our students work nights and are unable to attend any lectures. They opt to watch the recorded lectures whenever they can and complete their work.
Q. What will I learn?
Q. Do I cet a certificate?
Q. Do I need to test to be certified?
A. NO, you need to demonstrate that you have completed all work and have mastered the interview questions.
Q. How does the fast track take only 1-2 months?
A. We provide you 30 days worth of material to work on. If you cannot complete it all in 30 days, you keep attending class and working on your assignments until you’re done. The class is self-paced, when you are done with our assigned work, you immediately go into job placement. Some people take 60 or 90 or even 120 days. It does not matter, we just want you to complete the work at the pace that is best for you. We guarantee that you will get a job when you are done with the work. Everyone learns at a different pace, so take your time and learn the material.
Q. What is the average salary?
A. Average salary is 80-120k per year
Q. Can I work remotely?
A. Yes, about 10% of the jobs are remote. Remote job availability depends on when you finish and what jobs are available.
Q. Is there an obligation to work for IBG?
Q. Can I get a payment plan?
A. Sometimes. Payment plans are available based on available funding.
Q. What If I live far away (like Hawaii) and can’t attend lecture sometimes because of time-zone issues?
A. No problem, lectures are recorded and all students get access to the lectures. Watch when you want.
Q. Do you have teaching assistants?
A. Yes, always available to help
Q. I’m old, and my mind is slow. Is that ok?
A. Yes, take your time. We have lots of students that consider themselves old and they are doing just fine.
Q. How do you get me a job so quickly?
A. We don’t get you the job. YOU EARN THE JOB YOURSELF. WE POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND SUPPORT YOU UNTIL YOU ARE HIRED. We know what employers want to see because we are employers ourselves. We tell you the exact skillsets you need to have and help you get them. We also help build your resume, Github, and social media profiles so that you become very attractive to recruiters who are searching the web for candidates with the right skills.
Q. Are the jobs really out there?
A. Yes, we are in a world where there is a massive shortage of competent software engineers, and companies are scrambling to find talent. Tech skills are in very high demand, and there are more positions open than there are candidates to fill them. If you have the skills, you can get these high paying jobs quite easily. If you don’t have the skills you will have no chance of getting them. It’s that simple. Add to that the fact that college no longer matters for these high paying tech jobs.
Q. How does job placement work?
A. Once you complete the work we have assigned, we will begin job placement assistance. We will assist you with resume-building, linked-in profile, social media profiles, and GITHUB account creation. These elements must all be in synch and will significantly accelerate your placement process. We also assist with interview prep and put you on interviews, and coach you until you are hired. We don’t stop until you get a job.
Q. How long till I get a job?
A. You determine when you finish the work. After completion of the work we assigned, the average is 2.5 months to employment. Sometimes it happens faster, other times it happens slower, depending on market conditions and time of year.
Q. What if I have to stop for a while?
A. Communicate. Communicate. Communicate. Lets us know when you will be out for an extended period of time. We are tracking engagement statistics and planning for students to complete. When you don’t communicate to us that you will be out, it throws our resource allocation off. If you do not communicate your absences, you will not be be admitted back into the program at no cost.
Q. This sounds too good to be true, how is it not?
A. This program requires that you complete a significant amount of work, and the work is at times very challenging but with a little grit and determination, anyone can get it all done. The onus is on you to complete the work. There are no shortcuts or quick jumps here. You must complete all work before being placed. Our recruiters will not start job placement until you demonstrate that your work is complete–this is key for success on the job. Once you finish, you are ready to work as a junior engineer.
The good news is that anyone can get through with some diligence and persistence! Everyone has their own individual journey. NO SHORTCUTS TO SUCCESS.
Q. I’m a vet. I just signed up, what do I do now?
A. Wait for an email confirming your veteran status, make sure you have sent us your DD214. If we have remaining reduced-fee or free slots, you will be notified. Our goal is to deliver the training for free or reduced-price for as many people as possible. You will either receive free admission or at least be granted 50% off the trap tech program.
Q. What is the difference between Fast Track and 4-6 month?
A. Fast track is $399.00, self-paced learning that guarantees job placement assistance until you are hired, upon completion. The 4-6 month costs 50.00 per. month and does not guarantee job placement assistance on completion. Fast track is much more hands-on and focused on getting you a job. Both provide a certificate at the end, but 4-6 month generally goes longer.
Q. What if I have a felony?
A. No problem, there are many people that will give you a shot if you have the right skills. Our program for ex-offenders costs $799 provides job placement assistance.
Q. I’m a truck driver. What do you have for me?
A. We help truck drivers transition into tech. You have tons of idle listening time which means audible programs can help substantially. We will deliver the training to you in a modified form and guarantee placement. The cost is $799 and can be broken up into 3 payments.
