IBG Institute is making a far-reaching impact in West Texas next week. First Odessa Christian Academy (FOCA) is proud to host its annual STEM Day on March 9th, an event that celebrates science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education. This year, IBG Institute has been invited to do a special presentation on the fast-growing field of software development, presented by IBG Institute teaching assistant, Sara Baqla.
During the presentation, students will have the opportunity to learn about the field of software development, explore many career paths in the tech field, and learn about IBG Software.
Sara Baqla will share her personal experiences and insights into the field of software development, providing students with a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in this exciting and rapidly-evolving industry.
The presentation, titled “Behind the Screen,” will also give students a glimpse at the day-to-day life of a software engineer. Whether students are curious about programming languages or other career opportunities available in the field, Sara Baqla is sure to provide some valuable insights and advice.
