    This Terms and Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of the IBG Institute for Software Engineering (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

  2. Description of Service
    The Service provides online training and educational resources for software engineering, including but not limited to video lessons, tutorials, and interactive exercises. The Service is intended for educational and personal use only, and not for commercial use.

  3. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  4. User Account
    To use the Service, you must create an account with us. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

  5. User Conduct
    You agree not to use the Service to: a. upload, post, or otherwise transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; b. engage in any activities that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or any related servers or networks; c. use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or data mining techniques, to access or use the Service, or to extract data or other content from the Service; d. use the Service for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to, advertising or selling products or services.

  6. Intellectual Property
    The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and other content (“Content”), are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.

    THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
